• The integration can manage critical/recovery failure alerts for the following two scenarios when the user activates App Failure Notifications in the settings:
  • Connectivity Exception
  • Authentication Exception
• The integration sends duplicate or repeated failure alert notifications every 6 hours.
• Metrics are collected from HPCM resources and can be used to generate alerts based on defined threshold values.
• The configuration accepts either the HPCM cluster IP address or hostname, along with the port. However, hostname-based configuration works only if hostname resolution is enabled and functional.
• The integration is supported on Classic Gateway and NextGen Gateway only. It is not supported on Cluster Gateway.
• Activity logs and applied time details are not available in this integration.
• Component-level thresholds can be configured individually for each resource.
• Latest snapshot metric support is available starting from Gateway version 14.0.0.
